Development and Liberation parliamentary bloc member, MP Michel Moussa, ruled out on Thursday the formation of a cabinet in which the Free Patriotic Movement is not represented.
"The March 8 coalition shall gather in harmony within a new cabinet. There will not be a cabinet without the FPM because it represents a major part of Lebanese Christians," he said in a radio interview.
He also said that the formation of a de facto cabinet was farfetched, especially that major obstacles have been addressed.
"Negotiations are positive and ongoing," Moussa added, noting that there are still consultations centered on the distribution of portfolios.
