Former Latvian MP expelled from Russia for spying

Former member of the Latvian parliament Aleksejs Holostovs has been expelled from Russia for spying according to Russian media; however, the ex-MP expressed his surprise by the news.

 

Holostovs told the LETA news service that he was unaware that he had been called a spy and declined to comment further on the issue.
