As Muslims worldwide mark the holy month of Ramadan, refraining from eating, drinking, smoking and intercourse during daylight, Muslim girls seem to be dismissing the holy days by resuming their sexual activities through  prostitution.

Prostitution in Lebanon's northern city of Tripoli seems to be flourishing, since girls are being spotted on the street publicly seeking clients.

Activists on social media are sharing a photo of a girl, who opted for school premises in order to attract her clients.

Furthermore, sources in Tripoli say that the prostitutes who hail from Lebanon or Syria rely on very low prices in comparison with the prices used by other prostitutes across the country.

It is also worth noting that prostitution is no longer limited to apartments or hotels; it is currently taking place in parking lots, building entrances or on the stairs for $10 only.
