Hollywood star and philanthropist Angelina Jolie paid a visit to a refugee camp in Saadnayel to mark the fifth anniversary of the Syrian war.

The UN special envoy made a statement following the visit despite the harrowing weather conditions in the area.

It is yet undetermined how long Jolie intends to stay in Lebanon.
