Leading intermediates in March 8 alliance pointed out to al-Diyar daily that Hizbullah's formula is clear, the party does not maneuver, and it did not publicly announce Aoun as its candidate upon the latter's wish. However the party hinted at this issue several times in many occasions.

"Future Movement is not in rush to elect a new president, it is wasting time in order to exhaust the Christians," the sources said.

"The Future bloc is maneuvering with Aoun and asking its Christian ally at the same time to try their "presidential" chance," the sources concluded.
