Urgent Matters Judge in Tyre bans travel of BLOM Bank chairman

Judge of Urgent Matters in Tyre, Mohammad Mazeh, on Monday issued a decision hereby banning the chairman of BLOM Bank from travelling, and tasked the General Security Directorate with the expedited enforcement of his ruling.

The decision follows a lawsuit filed against the bank for preventing a citizen from withdrawing money from his account to pay for his ill mother's treatment.
