First biometric passport application submitted at Lebanese Embassy in Washington

MTV has obtained a photo of the first Lebanese citizen to apply for a biometric passport at the Lebanese Embassy in Washington, after General Security launched the service for Lebanese nationals abroad, starting with Washington and Detroit in the United States.
