Video: Horrific Accident On The Bwar Highway

A horrific traffic accident occurred on the Bwar Highway toward Beirut, resulting in one death.

The impact was so severe that the victim’s remains were scattered at the scene.

The accident also caused a second collision involving several cars and a truck. The number of casualties in the second accident and the extent of the resulting damage remain unknown.

Red Cross teams, Civil Defense personnel, and security forces arrived at the scene, while heavy traffic built up toward Beirut due to the closure of part of the roadway.

The circumstances of the accident are still being investigated.
