The plenary session of the Russia-Africa Summit opened at the Grand Kremlin Palace in Moscow, with proceedings divided into two sessions, according to Russia Today.
The first session focuses on Moscow’s priorities for cooperation with African nations, including joint trade and investment projects, cultural and humanitarian cooperation, and educational exchanges.
Discussions will continue during a working lunch in the second session, featuring addresses by African delegation leaders who have yet to speak.
