Arab League Secretary-General Nabil Fahmy arrived in the southern Lebanese town of Zawtar al-Gharbiya as part of a tour described as the first by an Arab League secretary-general to South Lebanon amid ongoing Israeli attacks.

Fahmy is currently visiting the Church of Our Lady of the Annunciation under tight security measures.
