State Minister for Administrative Development Affairs, Damianos Kattar, met Tuesday at his office with UN Special Coordinator for Lebanon, Jan Kubis, with whom he discussed the means to bolster the bilateral cooperation to weather the challenges caused by the outbreak of the novel coronavirus.
