Caretaker Minister of Information, Manal Abdel Samad, on Tuesday contacted the wife of late journalist Sabah Ramadan.

During the phone call, Abdel Samad paid condolences for the family of the deceased, heaping praise on his remarkable career in Radio Lebanon and the National News Agency.

"His absence is a big loss for the Lebanese media," she said.
