Kordahi: I am committed to the ministerial statement and the government's foreign policy

Information Minister George Kordahi issued the following statement: 

"I would like to reiterate what I said in my press conference today; I am fully committed to the ministerial statement of the government, which I participated in, and to the government's foreign policy, especially in terms of maintaining the best relations with brotherly Arab countries, especially the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Gulf states and Yemen, which I care deeply about. As for the interview with Al-Jazeera station, which was broadcast two days ago, it dates back to August 5, and it was held in Istanbul, weeks before the formation of the government, and I had given my personal opinion. The issue of apologizing remains; I have the moral courage to apologize for a mistake that I made while I was officially in the Ministry."
