Army Commander, General Joseph Aoun, on Thursday received at his Yarzeh office Head of Mission and Chief of Staff of the UN Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO), Major General Patrick Gauchat, accompanied by the Organization’s Deputy Chief of Staff, Colonel Per Nikoajsen, and the Organization's Beirut Bureau Chief Lieutenant-Colonel Khitu Dukpa.

Discussions reportedly touched on the general situation in Lebanon and the region.
