في محلة البداوي في طرابلس حصل إطلاق نار أدى الى إصابة الفتاة رانيا خالد العلي برصاصة في الرأس فيما أصيب الفتى عمر أحمد الشريف في رجليه ونقلا على الأثر الى المستشفى الإسلامي. القوى الأمنية هرعت الى المكان لمعرفة حقيقة ما هو حاصل ومعالجة الوضع.
