More than 50 people have been arrested by police across the Balkans as part of a massive anti-drugs operation in the region.
Police agencies in Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro conducted a widespread coordinated operation, code named 'Setac' (meaning walker), in various locations, and managed to seize drugs and weapons worth millions of euros, according to law enforcement officials.
Police released video on Friday showing an early morning raid on a suspect's house in southern Bosnia.
More than 50 people have been arrested, according to the state prosecutor's office in Sarajevo, including 18 arrested in Bosnia and 14 in Croatia.
Arrests and raids were conducted in several big cities in Croatia and Bosnia, including Dubrovnik and Zagreb, as well as Banja Luka and Sarajevo.
During the raids, police seized narcotics worth more than a million euros (1.3 million US dollars), as well as large amounts of weapons and explosives.
The operation is ongoing, so law enforcement officials refused to give more information.
