Nelson Mandela is spending a third day in a hospital where the former president is being treated for a recurring lung infection.
There was no update Monday morning from the office of President Jacob Zuma, which had said on Saturday that the 94-year-old Mandela was in a "serious but stable" condition.
On Sunday, members of Mandela's family were seen visiting the Pretoria hospital where the anti-apartheid leader and Nobel Peace Prize laureate is believed to be staying.
