اصدرت المحكمة العسكرية برئاسة العميد الركن خليل ابراهيم حكمها في حق العميد المتقاعد اديب العلم وزوجته حياة صالومي، الموقوفين في جرم التعامل مع إسرائيلي. وقضى الحكم بانزال عقوبة الاشغال الشاقة مدة 15 عاما في حق العلم و4 اعوام في حق زوجته.
