PM-designate Tammam Salam on Friday received a delegation of youth representing civil society that handed Salam a memo requesting quick formation of a cabinet adopting Baabda Declaration in its ministerial statement and holding parliamentary elections in April 2014.

Separately, Salam received head of the International Committee for Red Cross in Lebanon.
