Al-Diyar daily has mentioned that the suggested formula for the neutral cabinet is now ready. The upcoming cabinet will include 16 ministers, while the interior ministry will go for for the Prime Minister designate Tamam Salam's candidate, Mohamad al-Mashnouq.

Ministry of finance will be given to a Shiite candidate most likely to Raed Sharafeddine, while the foreign affairs will be given to the candidate of President Suleiman. Reports also say that a basic ministry will be assigned to Judge Abbas al-Halabi as Jumblatt representative.

The daily pointed out that Salam has contacted Shiite figures as he considers that these candidates are non-provocative for both Hizbullah and Amal Movement.

Some other candidates are also suggested such as Ibrahim Shamseddine, Saoud al-Mawla while from the Sunnite sect, Judge Khaled Qabbani is also proposed to be a minister.
