Plumbly condemned Hermel blast

United Nations Special Coordinator for Lebanon Derek Plumbly denounced Thursday the car bombing in Lebanon's Hermel.
In a statement issued by his office, Plumby expressed his disturbance by frequent acts of violence across Lebanon.
He called on Lebanese people to exercise self restraint as he hoped that authors of such terrorist acts will be held accountable for their crimes.
