Rifi to al-Joumhouriyah: For mulling the best ways to protect national unity

Justice Minister Ashraf Rifi kicked off probe into the Cross-burning incidents so as to detain the assailants, in a step akin to that of the I.S. banner burning in Ashrafieh, which had provoked the Change and Reform movement who demanded that the Justice Minister refrain from taking such a decision.

 

Rifi told al-Joumhouriyah that “the national aspect of [his] responsibility is to think of the best ways to protect national unity and coexistence, which are the strong points of the nation.”
