Rifi to al-Joumhouriyah: Judicial Council steps up hearings of Roumieh Islamists

Justice Minister Ashraf Rifi confirmed that the Judicial Council has stepped up hearings of the Roumieh inmates.

 

“Talk of hastening hearings as per the fresh developments, most notably the kidnaps, is untrue. It is a natural, national and humane option.” Rifi said “twenty two out of thirty seven cases have so far been considered.”
