تدخلت قوة الجيش اللبناني وطوقت الاشكال الذي وقع في الزاهرية في طرابلس بين عائلتي الموري والافيوني، وقد نفذت انتشارا واسعا في شوارع طرابلس، ولم يفد عن وقوع اصابات.
