اعتبر النائب اكرم شهيب في حديث لصحيفة "الحياة" انه "هناك تمييع بالكلام عن قضية المخطوفين السوريين وتضييع للحقيقة، وانه هناك معطيات واضحة، مشيرا الى ان الملف أخذ بعده السياسي ويجب أن يبقى في موقعه الإنساني، وعلى القضاء أن يقول كلمته".
