تعرضت المواطنة ديالا سبيتي في منطقة صفير في الضاحية الجنوبية لعملية نشل من قبل احد الاشخاص. وفي التفاصيل ان رجلا ترجل عن دراجته النارية وامسك بها قبل ان يجرها امتارا عدة على الارض ويسلب محفظتها، في حادث يتكرر في لبنان.
