EgyptAir Confirms Wreckage of Missing Plane Found - Vice President

Searchers have found the wreckage of the EgyptAir Airbus 320, which crashed in the Mediterranean Sea on Wednesday night with 66 people on board, EgyptAir Vice President Ahmed Adel announced on Thursday.

 

"We have found the wreckage," Adel stated in an interview with CNN.

 

EgyptAir Flight MS804 departed from Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris at 23:09 GMT. The aircraft was heading for Cairo International Airport. According to the airline, there were a total of 66 people on board the plane, including 56 passengers.
