افادت الوكالة الوطنية للاعلام انّ مخابرات الجيش اللبناني اعتقلت ليلا مواطنا فنزويليا يتجوّل سيرا على الأقدام في جرود الهرمل، قادما من طرابلس، ونقلته الى فرع البقاع للتحقيق معه.
