Caretaker Minister of Information, Melhem Riachy, maintained that the reconciliation between the Lebanese Forces and the Free Patriotic Movement would persist, following his meeting with Maronite Patriarch Cardinal Mar Beshara Boutros Rahi in Diman on Thursday.
"The reconciliation will persist; what is happening is a disagreement that cannot turn into a dispute on ground," he stressed.
"We received many calls refusing the fall of the strategic agreement," he added.
