أكد رئيس المحكمة الدولية دايفيد بارغوانت في دردشة عبر موقع "تويتر" أن اختصاص المحكمة الدولية الأساسي هو النظر في قضية اغتيال رئيس الحكومة السابق رفيق الحريري والقضايا المتلازمة بدءا من 1 تشرين الأول 2004 وحتى 12 كانون الأول 2005.
