The Maronite League President, Antoine Klimos, and members of the League's Executive Committee hosted a dinner banquet in honor of the Lebanese press and media at "La Martingale" Hall at the Casino du Liban.

The dinner banquet was attended by Marie-Queen Geagea, representing the resigning Minister of Information, Melhem Riachy, Dean of the Lebanese Press Syndicate, Aouni Kaaki, the Dean of Editors Syndicate, Joseph Kosseify, the director of the National News Agency, Laure Sleiman Saab, the director of the press office of the President of the Republic, Rafic Chelala, as well as scores of journalists from different media outlets.

Klimos awarded Chelala and Kosseify the shields of the League in recognition of their significant contributions at the national and Maronite levels.
