Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil left Sunday morning Beirut Airport, heading to Brussels to take part in the preparatory meeting for the EU-Arab Summit set for February 24-25 in Sharm Sheikh, in Egypt.
During his visit, Bassil is expected to hold a series of meetings with his European and Arab counterparts.
After concluding his visit to Egypt, Bassil will visit France, where he will hold a number of meetings with French officials.
Bassil will also lecture at the Paris Institute of Political Studies, one of the most important institutions in political and administrative studies.
