Deputy Prime Minister Ghassan Hasbani said upon arriving in Baabda to participate in the Cabinet session that "talks will dwell on the issue of legitimacy to defend the Lebanese territories within the framework of the State which is formed of land, people and institutions. The State must maintain its legitimacy on all its lands and any decisions to be made must fall within the legitimacy of institutions."
