Tourism Minister Avedis Guidanian received on Friday the South Korean Ambassador to Lebanon, Young Dae Kwon, on an acquaintance visit aimed at boosting ties.
Discussions touched on tourism cooperation and means to promote Lebanon in South Korea.
It was agreed on practical steps in this framework, whereby Guidanian stressed the importance of Asian tourists in general and the Koreans in particular.
Minister Guidanian then met Chilean Ambassador, Marta Shalhoub, with whom he discussed the conditions of the Lebanese living in Chile. The pair also tackled bilateral relations and tourism promotion means.
