Minister of Foreign Affairs, Gebran Bassil, on Tuesday discussed with Switzerland's Ambassador to Lebanon, Mshmutz Monika Kirgoz, preparations underway for her country's celebration of the 70th anniversary of Geneva Convention which was singed back in 1949.
