Pope Francis arrived Monday in East Timor for the third stop of an Asia-Pacific tour, the longest of the 87-year-old's papacy, according to an AFP reporter travelling with him.
The pontiff landed in the capital Dili at 2:20 pm (0520 GMT) to begin the three-day visit, during which he will address leaders and rally the Catholic faithful with a huge mass.
