Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad al-Shibani shared a selfie on Instagram featuring himself and transitional president Ahmad al-Sharaa, with the sea in the background, reportedly taken in Antalya, Turkey, during the Antalya Diplomacy Forum.

Al-Shibani captioned the photo: "Work continues on all fronts."

The image quickly circulated across social media, with users expressing support for the Syrian leadership and hopes for the country’s recovery.

The fourth edition of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum kicked off on Friday in Turkey, gathering high-level participants including heads of state, foreign ministers, and international organization representatives.

President Ahmad al-Sharaa is leading the Syrian delegation, accompanied by his wife, Latifa al-Droubi, and Foreign Minister al-Shibani. On the sidelines of the event, al-Sharaa held bilateral meetings with several officials, including Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani.

The forum is held under the patronage of President Erdoğan and organized by the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Belek, Antalya.
