King Khalid International Airport Suspends Flights Until Further Notice
Saudi Arabia’s General Authority of Civil Aviation has extended the suspension of flights at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh following attacks targeting the airport.

In a statement, the authority said the suspension had been extended to allow the necessary procedures to be completed to verify the safety of the airport’s facilities and ensure they are ready for operations. It did not specify when flights would resume.

Meanwhile, the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has urged airlines to exercise caution when flying to Saudi Arabia or transiting its airspace due to risks associated with military activity and interference with navigation systems.
