Mount Lebanon Investigative Judge, Bassam El-Hajj, on Monday issued a decision to release Activist Rabih El-Zein, on LBP 500,000 bail.
El-Zein's dossier will be referred tomorrow to the Public Prosecution.
Activist Charbel Kahi was also released without bail and without pressing charges against him.
Imad Al-Massri was released on an LBP 200,000 bail.
