Berri refers Capital Control bill to joint parliamentary committees

Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri on Friday referred the expedited bill aimed at setting exceptional and temporary controls on bank transfers and cash withdrawals (Capital Control) to the joint parliamentary committees.
