While Lebanon is enduring a severe economic crisis, seeds of hope from the private sector emerged to prove once again that Lebanon, through its human talents and innovative businesses, can always stand out, especially in the technology sector, contributing not only to the region’s digital transformation but also worldwide.

In fact, Inkript was the only Lebanese company to win a MENA Gold Stevie® Award in the Innovation Technology Management Planning and Implementation category in the third annual Middle East & North Africa Stevie Awards.

A jury of more than 100 executives from around the world chose the winners of the Gold, Silver and Bronze awards, noting that the prestigious Stevie® Awards are the only business awards program dedicated to honoring business innovation in the region for companies and individuals from 17 countries. It also provides appreciation for the positive contributions of organizations, companies, and businessmen.

In parallel, leading international companies also won this award, in various fields, for their different contributions in technological development.

Inkript is distinguished by its legacy as it was founded in 1973, and evolved from a security printing house to a digital security solutions provider. Today, the company focuses on Research and Development to drive innovation, and continuously invests in human capital to fuel the knowledge economy in Lebanon. Inkript has developed solutions that helped many governmental entities automate their operations, thus enhancing the citizen experience.

The winners celebrated on May 21st, 2022 during a gala event in at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

The timing of this award remains of essence. It is this pivotal time for the Lebanese that initiated more resilience in them to pursue further excellence, lead new beginnings, and create success stories that can restore the glory of Lebanon.
