Caretaker Minister of Finance Youssef El-Khalil, and Lebanese Central Bank Governor Riad Salameh, on Friday agreed to adopt Sayrafa rate at LBP 38,000 per US dollar for public sector salary withdrawals for the month of February, 2023 as per Circular 161.
