Caretaker Minister of Information Ziad Makary, on Tuesday contacted Turkish Ambassador to Lebanon Ali Baris Ulusoy, and Director of Communications at the Turkish Presidency, Fakhruddin Altoun, offering condolences on the victims of the devastating earthquake that hit Turkey, and expressing solidarity with the Turkish state and every wounded, afflicted and displaced person.

During the phone call, Makary affirmed standing by Turkey in its affliction, and wished speedy recovery for the injured.
