Caretaker Foreign Minister Abdallah Bou Habib held talks on Tuesday with the European Union Ambassador to Lebanon, Ralph Tarraf, over the latest political developments on the local scene, in addition to the partnership agreements between Lebanon and the EU.
During the meeting, Tarraf stressed the necessity of electing a president of the republic and enacting the required reforms.
