The outskirts of the towns of Yater and Zibqin were targeted by artillery shelling with incendiary phosphorus shells, causing fires to break out. This was accompanied by 155mm artillery shelling, along with heavy drone and warplane activity in the skies over the western sector of the Tyre district.
