The Media Affairs Office of the General Directorate of General Security issued the following statement:

"Acting Director General of the General Security agency, Major General Elias Baissari,  received  yesterday evening [Thursday] a delegation from the United Nations Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO) in Lebanon, headed by Chief of Staff  Major General, Patrick Gauchat, with whom he discussed the latest developments in Lebanon and the region."
