Caretaker Minister of Public Works Ali Hamieh announced on X the launch of a new public bus route as part of the ongoing public transport plan.  

“Starting tomorrow morning (Wednesday), a new route will operate from Nahr el-Mot, passing through Sassine Square, the Lebanese American University, Hôtel-Dieu Hospital, Adlieh, and several other stops,” Hamieh stated.
