The General Directorate of Civil Defense announced that "rescue teams, in full coordination with the Lebanese Army, continue search and survey operations in areas targeted by the Israeli aggression, following the directives of the Acting Director General of Civil Defense, Brigadier General Nabil Farah.
In this context, specialized teams managed to retrieve the remains of four martyrs from the town of Khiam, which were transferred to Marjayoun Governmental Hospital for the necessary medical and legal examinations, including DNA tests, under the supervision of the relevant authorities to determine their identities."
The directorate affirmed its "commitment to carrying out its humanitarian and national duties according to established plans and in close cooperation with the Lebanese Army until the search for all missing persons is completed, despite the field challenges and difficult conditions imposed by the nature of the missions being carried out."
