Berri calls for Joint Parliamentary Committee Session
Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri invited the parliamentary committees on Finance and Budget, Administration and Justice, National Defense, Interior and Municipalities, and Public Health, Labor, and Social Affairs to a joint session at 11:00 am on Thursday, May 22, 2025.

The session will review the following agenda:

- Proposed law on establishing a mandatory universal primary healthcare system

- Draft law on electing members of the Lebanese Parliament

- Draft law on electing members of the Senate

- Draft Orthodox Gathering electoral law

- Proposed amendments to the parliamentary electoral law

- Draft law on Senate elections and related issues
