Prime Minister Nawaf Salam received at the Grand Serail, French Ambassador to Lebanon Hervé Magro, and the new French representative in the Cessation of Hostilities Monitoring Committee, General Valentin Seiler.

The discussion reportedly touched on the current situation, the work of the monitoring committee, and the importance of activating it in order to maintain security and stability.

Premier Salam later received at the Grand Serail, UNDP Resident Representative in Lebanon Blerta Aliko, and Mr. Sateh Arnaout.

Separately, Salam received a delegation from the Central and Northern Dreib region within Akkar Governorate, who raised with the Premier stringent developmental demands related to the region.
